We do not use Facebook or Google ad pixel sharing. We do not retarget based on behavioral profiles.

We use your information to fulfill orders for books, scripts, and challenge access, to provide support and onboarding, to improve our content and websites, and to send updates and marketing via SMS or email using GoHighLevel. We retain data according to our internal policies and applicable law.

We only share data when necessary with platforms such as ClickFunnels, Stripe, GHL, and Skool, with internal staff helping with onboarding and support, or with legal authorities when required. We do not share your data with affiliate marketers, advertisers, or list buyers.

We may disclose data to comply with legal requirements or subpoenas, to prevent fraud or harm, or to enforce contracts or collect unpaid fees.

If Moa Training LLC is ever acquired or merged, your data may be transferred to the new entity.

Our site does not respond to Do Not Track browser settings.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

We use secure systems and vendors such as Stripe, ClickFunnels, and GHL to protect your information. While no system is perfect, we take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access.
